Gliomas are among the most serious and challenging types of brain tumors. Due to their location and invasive nature, gliomas are often difficult to remove completely through surgery, leading to high recurrence rates and limited treatment options.

However, advances in our understanding of disease biology—combined with the development of novel targeted therapies—are beginning to transform the treatment landscape. At WuXi AppTec, we are proud to contribute to this progress. Through our unique, integrated CRDMO platform, we have supported the development of several glioma therapies, including some that are now approved and benefiting patients globally. In addition, multiple innovative therapies are also currently in active development with our support.
